Alex knows how to value companies, target buyers and investors, and compile effective investment presentation materials.  He provides critical industry analysis and due diligence on prospective clients as well as gives support to the senior professionals in  the daily aspects of managing the investment banking process.

Mr. Conti previously served as an analyst in a private investment firm, working primarily with the Principal in all aspects of the transaction process.  Transactions reviewed include E–Commerce, Media Transcription, Business Development, Apparel, and Consumer Food Products companies.

Mr. Conti is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Investment, and Banking.
