Matt specializes in real estate and litigation support services.  He excels at property management, data modeling and data analysis.  He aides in the construction and management of troubled assets while providing value to the client with either a substantial recovery or future loss prevention of their distressed investment.  He also utilizes his data analysis and modeling skills to create value to our litigation support team with insightful data presentation and explanation.

Mr. Rizzo comes to O’Keefe & Associates with a background in both residential and commercial real estate. Prior to joining O’Keefe & Associates, he was a Mortgage Banker with Huntington Bank and was a part of Marcus & Millichap’s Real Estate Research Team that conducted national real estate market research for investors in both public and private sectors. Mr. Rizzo aids in our Litigation Support assignments researching, analyzing and presenting data.

Mr. Rizzo completed his degree in Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Business and Sociology from Arizona State University.
