Kerri specializes in the area of restructuring and turnaround consulting. Her expertise is in designing complex financial models to assist clients with making critical business decisions. Kerri is able to quickly analyze and interpret client information to develop financial forecasts, projections and other analyses.

 

Ms. Ross has over 18 years of experience in management consulting and public accounting providing services to clients in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, automotive, health care, not-for profit, and technology. She has assisted clients with revenues of $5 million to $250 million with financial forecasting, viability analysis, liquidation analysis, restructuring, wind-down and operations improvement, cash flow forecasts, cash management, debt restructuring/refinancing, and complex financial modeling. Prior to joining O’Keefe and Associates, Ms. Ross spent nine years as a consultant in the Restructuring and Operations Improvement Group with Plante & Moran. She began her career in public accounting as an auditor and tax preparer with two local Detroit accounting and consulting firms, Correll Porvin Associates and Parker and Co.

Ms. Ross earned her Masters of Science in Corporate Finance from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University. Professional organizations she is a member of, include: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA) and  International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC). Her professional designations include Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) and Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor (CIRA).
