As the Director of Corporate Development, Navia is responsible for introducing mid-sized companies, creditors and lenders to O'Keefe & Associates. Her ability, knowledge and prior experience in providing financial services to commercial real estate developers gives a unique perspective and understanding  to potential clients.

During her 10 years with Huntington National Bank, Ms. McCloud was responsible for underwriting and financing projects such as the demolition and subsequent construction of Jacobson's in Birmingham, the Palladium and Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn. As a Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at Huntington National Bank, she provided financial services to commercial real estate developers.

Ms. McCloud earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. Louis University and belongs to the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC), the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), and is on the Board of Visitors for the College of Fine, Performing & Communication Arts at Wayne State University.
