He can preseve the company's equity, position it for prosperity and protect the lender's collateral pool.

Mr. Boudreau has been advising middle market entities within numerous industries for eighteen years including: automotive and heavy manufacturing, real estate, retail, construction, consumer goods. His accomplishments include shareholder buyouts, trade composition agreements, negotiating secured lender agreements and exit financing, operational improvements, and forming new business initiatives. In addition, Mr.Boudreau was the Chief Financial Officer for a middle market automotive supplier and a real estate development company.

Mr. Boudreau earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a Minor in Economics from Western Michigan University. His professional designations include, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and  Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP).
