George brings over 20 years of consulting and industry experience in profitability improvement, strategic planning, acquisition integration, process reengineering, valuation and litigation support. 

Prior to joining O’Keefe and Associates, he was a turnaround consultant with The Keystone Group where he helped manufacturing and service companies identify opportunities and streamline their operations and support functions, and restructure their debt burden.  Prior to that George was the CFO of Noble International’s North American Division, a $1.5B automotive supplier, where he helped the company triple in size and reengineer itself, and integrated half dozen acquisitions globally.  Prior to Noble he was a consultant with KPMG where he helped Fortune 500 companies with financial modeling.  Mr. Ianev is a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Mr. Ianev graduated Magna Cum Laude from Knox College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.  He also earned a Masters of Business Administration from Washington University.
