Tom excels in preparing financial models, analyses and projections used in turnaround engagements, financial restructuring and litigation assignments. He utilizes his experience to decipher complex financial data and present it in an easy to understand format.

Mr. Braun joined O'Keefe & Associates in 2007. He is responsible for preparing financial models, analyses and projections used in turnaround engagements, financial restructuring and litigation assignments. Mr. Braun has assisted with the preparation of business valuations and financing packages and has conducted fraud investigations by reconstructing accounting and business records.

Mr. Braun previously worked in the audit group of a Big 4 public accounting firm where he performed year-end financial statement audits, quarterly reviews and Sarbanes-Oxley procedures in the financial services and manufacturing industries.

Mr. Braun earned his Master of Science degree in Accounting from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Finance from Central Michigan University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), and Certified Turnaround Professional  Designate (CTP-D). He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA).
