As a member of our Real Estate Group, Travis knows how to analyze, manage and market properties as well as increase property value.  He understands the challenges facing business owners and operators of small and mid-sized companies based on personal experience of owning and operating a prosperous business for eight years.

By investing in underperforming, neglected property, Mr. Riley has developed a knack for remodeling, repurposing and enhancing various properties, ultimately resulting in drastically improved property values. His eight years of experience includes: working with a national appraisal firm, being a member of two separate construction crews, owning and operating a property services business, as well as starting a very successful investment/property management company.

Mr. Riley graduated from the Ohio State University's Fisher School of Business with a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate Finance with an emphasis on Construction Management, Architecture and Entrepreneurship.
